Group Schedule

This is a Boutique, Specialised Studio, with Spaces limited to 12 People Maximum joining for the Group Class. Booking Confirmation is Essential.

Sessions are for a duration of 60 minutes and includes premium yoga mats, cushions, mattresses and props, which are all set up prior to the class

Tuesday 06:30 Lymphatic, Digestive and Joint Health Series, Surya Namaskar Variations and a focus on Pranayama (breath work). All Levels Welcome.

Tuesday 07:45 Yoga Therapy, a remedial practice focusing on the healing benefits of the practice. Alignment, strength and balance. All lines evenly harmonised. Beginner Friendly and All Levels Welcome.

Wednesday 08:00 Master Class, an Advancing Practice, with more focus on advancing through detailed and intricate intelligence embodied. Sequenced and articulated to make the more complex asana and pranayama accessible. Alignment, strength and balance. Intermediate and Advancing Practitioners. *Please this class is not suitable if your are presently struggling and recently recovering from an injury or ailment.

Thursday 10:00 *Meditation, Pranayama (Breathwork) & Yoga Nidra (Creative Conscious, Systematic Relaxation). Beginner Friendly and All Levels Welcome.

Friday 06:30 Intermediate Practice, with more focus on advancing through detailed and intricate intelligence embodied. Alignment, strength and balance. All lines evenly harmonised. Intermediate and Advancing Practitioners.
